Artist Statement

I like to create abstract art. I build up layers with lots of different colors. Sometimes I use mixed media, but my favorite medium to use is watercolor paint. I've recently tried with experimental painting techniques such as splattering and dripping paint. I use colors to show different emotions in my work, and I'm working to try different color combinations. I've been learning to add and layer various mediums in my work. My favorite part is adding the final details that create contrast between the layers!
